Our client in St. Louis is searching for a talented Art Director to lead visual campaigns and inspire creative teams! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organization and shape impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide visual direction and oversee the creation of engaging and brand-aligned marketing deliverables.

+ Lead campaign ideation by collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop innovative concepts.

+ Manage and mentor a creative team, ensuring projects meet deadlines while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

+ Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and drive business goals.

+ Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software, and industry innovations.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in an art director or similar role within an agency or in-house creative environment.

+ Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

+ Demonstrated expertise in visual direction, campaign ideation, and team leadership.

+ Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects, including branding, advertising, digital, and print campaigns.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
