Description We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Villanova, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for digital platforms. Your expertise will help create designs that resonate with target audiences and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces using tools like Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

• Apply expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD, to produce high-quality visuals.

• Utilize CSS and digital design principles to create responsive and engaging web experiences.

• Implement AB testing to optimize design effectiveness and user engagement.

• Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and iteratively.

• Enhance brand awareness by creating designs that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

• Contribute to Android development projects by ensuring user-centric design elements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs.

• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.

• Strong understanding of CSS and its application in responsive web design.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.

• Experience with AB testing to evaluate design performance.

• Background in Android development and digital design is a plus.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries is advantageous. Innovation starts with people.®
