    Our dynamic team of engineers in Austin, Texas is looking for a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to lead and support exciting transportation infrastructure projects across the region and around the globe.

     

    You’ll use your design expertise and professional experience to lead and mentor junior staff. Your leadership of the team and technical knowledge of transportation design will be vital as we continue to build and deepen relationships with our clients.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

    • At least 15 years related experience in roadway design

    • Professional Engineer License (PE) in Texas

    • Previous Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), County or Municipal experience

    • Willingness to cultivate and maintain client relationships, and help identify new business opportunities

    • Strong ORD and MicroStation background

    • Ability to deliver creative solutions to complex transportation challenges working as part of a team

    • Experience leading multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
