Description

We are looking for a Accountant with 1-3 years experience. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and transactions. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.

• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.

• Handle wire transfers and monitor related transactions for compliance and accuracy.

• Oversee expense management activities, including tracking and reporting on expenditures.

• Assist in the full month-end cycle close, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.

• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.

• Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the FP& A team to provide insights and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.

• Proficiency in performing account and bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with wire transfer procedures and related compliance standards.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to manage the full month-end close cycle independently.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
