    Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Desk Top) opportunity in picturesque Central Maine

     

    Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is seeking a motivated, experienced family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to support our primary care practices in the Central Maine area. This excellent opportunity is a full-time, Monday-Friday position to collaborate with the Primary Care team by supporting the panels of the four (4) practices. This would be done mostly remote as a combination of direct patient care, transitions of care, annual wellness, high-need and telephonic visits. The right clinician will be a vital resource for the continuity of care for patients, by covering other provider’s desktops and panels when they are out of the office.
