    We’re looking for a **Senior Digital Marketing Consultant** to lead and execute high-impact digital strategies that drive measurable growth. This **hybrid role (onsite 2–3 days per week)** offers the perfect balance of collaboration and autonomy within a small, agile team.

     

    You’ll shape compelling digital experiences and develop content that resonates with B2B audiences. With deep expertise in SEO, paid media, web optimization, and content strategy, you’ll help drive performance across the full digital journey. You’ll collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and results.

    Job Summary

    The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leading web development initiatives, optimizing SEO and paid advertising campaigns, and improving conversions to support overall business growth objectives. This role collaborates closely with internal marketing specialists and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of digital initiatives.

    What you will do

    + Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on improving lead generation, engagement, and conversions.

    + Lead all web development projects, ensuring websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion.

    + Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical enhancements.

    + Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), continually optimizing for improved efficiency and ROI.

    + Analyze digital marketing performance data across paid and organic channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

    + Optimize landing pages, ad content, CTAs, and digital experiences to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates.

    + Collaborate with internal marketing team and external partners to ensure digital strategies align with broader marketing goals.

    + Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

    Education Requirements

    + Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Preferred

    Required Experience

    + 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid media, conversion optimization).

    + Proven experience in a B2B marketing setting, preferably involving technical products or complex sales cycles.

    + Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

    + Experience using SEO and A/B testing platforms.

    + SEO & Search Marketing: Optimizing websites and content for search engine visibility to drive organic traffic.

    + Digital Paid Advertising: Managing paid digital advertising campaigns for maximum ROI across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

    + Web Development Management: Overseeing web development projects, ensuring optimal site performance, usability, and conversions.

    + Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Enhancing digital content and user experiences to increase the rate at which visitors take desired actions.

    + Project Management: Effectively planning, executing, and delivering digital marketing projects within scope, timelines, and budgets.

    + Analytical Thinking: Analyzing data and performance metrics to inform strategies and improve outcomes.

    + Collaborative Communication: Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members and external partners to achieve common goals.

    + Creative Problem-Solving: Developing innovative solutions to digital marketing challenges and continuously improving performance.

    This position has an annualized market-based salary range:

    $90,000-$105,000

     

    The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
