One of the largest outside electrical contractors in the Western United States, PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (PAR West) delivers a full range of project management, planning, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and emergency response services to our utility, industrial, commercial, governmental, renewable, energy storage and EV charging customers. We specialize in electric infrastructure (transmission lines, distribution systems, and substations); gas distribution infrastructure; foundations; renewable, battery storage, and EV charging facilities; and emergency restoration.

What You'll Do

+ Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including planning, writing, editing, formatting, and final delivery of RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs. (Request for Proposal=RFP, Request for Quote=RFQ, Statements of Qualifications=SOQ).

+ Collaborate with technical and operational staff to gather content and create persuasive, client-focused messaging.

+ Maintain and update proposal content libraries, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.

+ Analyze proposal outcomes and marketing performance metrics to improve future strategies.

+ Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing platforms.

+ Other related duties and projects as assigned

What You'll Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communications—preferably in construction, engineering, or professional services.

+ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on persuasive and technical content.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

+ Experience with CRM systems and content management platforms is a plus.

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with diverse teams under pressure.

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

Physical Requirements

Primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites, industry events, or client meetings as required

Pay- $ 75,000- $105,000 /Salary *Depending on Experience
