• Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator

    Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates for a global leader in the life sciences industry in Rockford, IL.     Responsibilities:

    + Stock, stage, and put away products using RF scanners and inventory systems

    + Pull and stage production orders accurately and on time

    + Safely handle hazardous materials and dry ice, following all safety and PPE protocols

    + Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and material handling equipment as needed

    + Support continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and Kanban practices

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 0–2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred

    + Basic computer skills; ability to use ERP and shipping systems

    + Comfortable working in cold environments (-20°C and 4°C)

    + Able to walk/stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

    + Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively in a team

    Position Details:

    + Pay: $19.50/hour

    + Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Weekly pay

    **Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
