Adecco is currently hiring immediately for a Quality Technician opportunity in Fraser, MI! This is a fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire position with excellent growth potential in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. There may be 1-3 hours OT but based on needs and manager approval. This role will normally be a 40-hour work week.

**Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour

**Shift:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong **quality experience and longevity in manufacturing environments** like Stellantis, or similar automotive or high-volume production settings.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform in-process and final quality inspections including visual checks, functional tests, SPC checks, and weld evaluations.

+ Enforce plant quality standards and ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.

+ Build strong, professional relationships with internal team members, promoting accountability and a quality-first mindset on the production floor.

+ Train operators on quality systems, inspection methods, and plant standards.

+ Accurately record and report quality data, assist with audits, capability studies, and issue quality alerts as needed.

+ Support incoming inspections, internal audits, and plant-wide quality initiatives.

Requirements:

+ Proven quality experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a preference for candidates showing longevity at companies like Stellantis, FCA, or similar.

+ Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection techniques, and plant quality expectations.

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example, hold others accountable, and collaborate effectively with team members.

+ Ability to work independently, enforce quality guidelines, and foster a continuous improvement culture.

+ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
