+ **Shift/Hours:** Monday to Thursday – 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM // Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Customer Solutions Specialist

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, the primary point of contact for the customer and sales force throughout the customer order management process.

Essential Duties:

+ **Order Processing:** Monitor and resolve order issues to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

+ **Customer Support:** Manage customer communication, track orders, and resolve delivery or carrier issues.

+ **Fulfillment Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams to address stock, allocation, and delivery challenges.

+ **Billing & Returns:** Support billing issue resolution and manage return/refusal processes in line with policy.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze root causes, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred

• Availability / flexibility to work different shifts based on customer geography/time zone; or 7-day operations

• Must have reliable internet service provider if working from home, as approved.

• 1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain required (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning etc.)

• Strong business acumen with a sense of urgency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data

• Well-organized, methodical thinker with excellent decision-making skills

• Strong and creative problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Intermediate Level Excel skills, including experience working with large data-sets and familiarity with creating & using v-lookups and pivot tables.

• Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
