Pay Rate: Hire $20.30, 6 months $20.60, 1 year $20.95

Job Responsibilities

1. Learn multiple production and operator positions to fill in as needed. Base pay is grade 3, unless operating a machine

2. Pack and unpack product safely and efficiently

3. Be aware of quality and safety issues

4. Ability to communicate with other employees

5. Assist co-workers as needed

6. Will be working in Branded Retail and completing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

7. Potential to be working with Pork Products

Minimum Qualifications

+ Basic math skills

+ Must be able to read, write and speak English

+ PHYSICAL: No restrictions lifting up to 40lbs, bending or twisting

+ No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35- degree environment

+ No restrictions prohibiting repetitive grasping

+ Must be able to obtain a power vehicle license

Preferred Qualifications

+ Knowledge of Branded Retail packaging functions and products

+ Previous related machine experience
