Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the seamless execution of events, meetings, and operational processes across our early talent programs. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes—ensuring that systems run smoothly, rooms are ready, catering is on point, and candidate feels important.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage schedules, calendars, and registration systems for internal and external events
+ Partner with internal and external vendors, travel, facilities to support events
+ Track attendance, RSVPs, and follow-ups using tools such as Excel, event platforms, or applicant tracking systems
+ Manage conference room space and technology needs (e.g., A/V setup, presentation materials) with IT and facilities teams
+ Place and manage catering orders, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are considered
+ Send timely communications to attendees, vendors, and stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Basic Requirements:
+ 3 years of work experience
+ Prior experience in event planning and or logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree
+ Ability to wear many hats and thrive in a busy environment
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
+ Comfort with technology systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, Calendly, ATS platforms)
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you're a natural host
+ Ability to lift and move light event materials or catering items, as needed

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
