    Brief Job Description

    Teach two graduate and/or undergraduate courses in Career and Technical Education each semester; advise students and serve on appropriate committees as appointed by the Dean of the School of Education. Leadership (Chair) of CTSE . Coordination of school and agency placements for candidates in CTE , BME , FACS and TED majors and assignment of faculty supervisors. Curriculum and assessment leadership in all certification areas under CTSE .

    Required Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Career and Technical Education, Technology Education or related discipline and substantial teaching experience on the secondary level. Experience collaborating with schools and school districts on placement of CTSE teacher candidates. Established record of leadership in Technology Education.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior teaching experience in higher education. NYS Master Teacher Program (current or emeritus).
