    **We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Machine Operator** to support our aerospace manufacturing operations in Auburn, WA. If you're experienced with band saws and sit-down forklifts and take pride in precision work, this role could be your runway to a long-term career.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate saws ranging from 4’ to 20’ to process materials sized .019" to 10"

    + Apply and cut metal to customer specifications with accuracy

    + Maintain clean and safe operating conditions around all equipment

    + Accurately complete data entry and maintain documentation

    + Perform visual quality inspections to meet rigorous standards

    + Operate a sit-down forklift confidently and safely

    + Measure precisely using standard tape measures

    + Assist with additional tasks as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven experience with band saw operation and cutting steel

    + Sit-down forklift certification or equivalent experience

    + Strong measuring and math skills (especially with tape measures)

    + Attention to detail and commitment to product quality

    + Reliable work history and consistent attendance

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial setting

    + Organized and accurate when managing paperwork or material tracking

    Work Environment

     

    You'll join a team of over 60 employees in a dynamic, multi-building production facility. Materials are stored, cut, and shipped directly from the Auburn location to customers in the aerospace sector.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.25/hr.
