    We are seeking a mid-level Commercial General Contractor (GC) Estimator with a passion for working on top retail and restaurant construction projects within the DC/Northern VA area. Our client specializes in commercial interiors, focusing on high-profile jobs, while occasionally engaging in ground-up new construction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, allowing individuals to gain valuable experience in high-end finishes while working on projects ranging from $1 million to $45 million.

    Responsibilities

    + Review submittals and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    + Update and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.

    + Attend client meetings and maintain minutes alongside the Project Manager.

    + Collaborate with subcontractors to define scopes of work.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-10 years of construction experience as a GC Estimator with relevant basebuild or interiors experience in restaurant, retail, and commercial sectors.

    + Strong pricing experience, with projects lasting from 6 weeks to 6 months.

    + Familiarity with all aspects of GC Estimating across various trades.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Technical proficiency, particularly with construction management software such as Procor.

    + Experience with high-end finishes.

    Work Environment

    The Estimator will work in a beautiful office located in Reston, VA or Washington, DC. Our client values autonomy, encouraging employees to take risks and make decisions independently.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
