Hilton Orlando \(https://thehiltonorlando\.com/\), a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway is seeking a full\-time Server Assistant to join their TodoVos & Trabucco Restaurant teams\! This 1400 room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities\.

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous Food and Beverage experience, ideally in a similar role and has the ability to keep up with the physical demands of the position\. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career\.

**Shift Pattern:** PM shifts starting between 3PM and 5:30PM any day of the week, weekends and holidays as needed\.

**Pay Rate:** $13\.00 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Transport food items to and from the kitchen

+ Deliver food items to dining guests quickly and accurately

+ Assist servers with the delivery of food to dining guests and with clearing tables

+ Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards

+ Check, maintain and control inventory of food items

+ Restock outlet\(s\) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace and set for next day

+ Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area

+ Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
