**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety
Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to join our team at the Thorn Hill facility. The Sr. Manager, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the company's EHS programs and initiatives across all sites, both U.S. and international. This role ensures compliance with applicable environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, promotes a culture of safety, and drives continuous improvement globally. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, cross-cultural competence, and a track record of implementing global EHS strategies.
Responsibilities:
+ **Global EHS Strategy & Leadership**
+ Develop and implement global EHS policies, standards, and objectives in alignment with corporate goals
+ Provide strategic EHS guidance and support to regional and site-level teams across multiple countries
+ Lead initiatives to embed a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization
+ Other duties as assigned
+ **Assist with Environmental, Health & Safety at Manufacturing sites:**
+ Provide EHS support and expertise to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment across Omnicell’s global manufacturing sites
+ Provide regular updates to Operations leadership, including performance against established Key Performance Indicators
+ **Regulatory Compliance**
+ Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
+ Monitor regulatory developments globally and lead company-wide response and compliance efforts
+ Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
+ **Risk Management & Incident Response**
+ Identify and mitigate EHS risks across operations
+ Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective actions
+ Establish global standards for emergency preparedness and response
+ **Training & Development**
+ Design and implement global EHS training programs tailored to site-specific and regional needs
+ Foster employee engagement through communication, training, and recognition of EHS achievements
+ **Data, Reporting & Systems**
+ Maintain global EHS data management systems and tools
+ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
+ Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
+ Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-site role
+ Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience
+ ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Certified Internal Auditor
+ Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 external audits
+ In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations in key operating regions (e.g., North America, EU)
+ Experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
+ Willingness to travel (up to 25–40%)
Preferred:
+ Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, ISO 14001/45001 Auditor)
+ Experience in manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
+ Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery
+ Proficiency in EHS software platforms and data analytics tools
Working Conditions
+ Standard office environment, with regular visits to operational or field sites globally
+ May require working across multiple time zones and managing diverse cultural expectations
