• UX Designer (Onsite)

    Cella Inc (Brooklyn, NY)


     

    Contribute to the design, iteration, and documentation of the Employee Experience Design System (EXDS).

     

    Collaborate with design leads, developers, and accessibility partners to ensure cohesive and compliant experiences.

     

    Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma and Sketch.

     

    Translate complex workflows and systems into intuitive user interfaces for internal platforms.

     

    Conduct or collaborate on design reviews, usability testing, and continuous improvement cycles.

     

    Advocate for consistency and best practices across internal tools and experiences.

     

    Deliver production-ready design assets and support development implementation.

    Qualifications:Advanced UX Designer:

    6+ years of experience in UX design, with proven experience contributing to or leading the creation of design systems.

     

    Deep understanding of enterprise-level employee experience and internal tooling.

     

    Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, system thinking, and scalable design patterns.

     

    Experience mentoring junior designers and influencing cross-functional partners.
