TOP SKILLS REQUIRED

+ Extensive hands on Python development experience

+ 3+ years of experience developing and deploying RPA bots and AI solutions within healthcare automation (preferably in RCM and NSA-related workflows.

+ Experience creating/rolling out AI models

+ Developed an environment from scratch (not updating existing environments)

+ Strong proficiency with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI platforms (e.g., Agentix, TensorFlow, IBM Watson).

+ Solid experience with data extraction, document management, and workflow automation using both RPA and AI tools.

+ Familiarity with the No Surprises Act (NSA) and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes, including QPA disclosures, open negotiations, and arbitration.

+ Experience in API integration, working with systems like QuickBase, Power BI, or other healthcare billing systems.

+ Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Description

We are seeking highly skilled Automation Engineer/Developer with a strong focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions. This position will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our compliance processes, including claims processing, dispute resolution (IDR), and automation of manual workflows. The ideal candidates will have significant experience with RPA tools, AI platforms (e.g., Agentic), and healthcare automation in the context of regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr.
