About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the evolution and optimization of our Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities. This role will be responsible for driving the roadmap, governance, and cross-functional alignment of PIM initiatives that support global product data syndication across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in digital product management, data governance, and omnichannel content delivery.
Responsibilities
+ **Product Ownership & Strategy**
+ Define and evolve the PIM product roadmap in alignment with business goals, platform modernization, and global brand needs.
+ Serve as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements that improve data quality, speed-to-market, and syndication accuracy.
+ Partner with engineering, PXM, OneSource, and regional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product data across systems and channels include Brand.com, Retail.com and Travel Retail.
+ **Data Governance & Product Data Enrichment**
+ Establish and enforce data governance standards for product attributes, taxonomy, and syndication rules.
+ Collaborate with fellow capability and omnichannel enrichment leads, global and regional brand teams to define and implement workflows to support accurate and timely enrichment of product data for new product launches.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Lead cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders from brand, retail, compliance, and engineering to align on requirements and delivery timelines.
+ Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and documentation.
+ **Syndication & Channel Support**
+ Oversee the configuration and execution of syndication processes to platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer.com, ensuring compliance with channel-specific requirements.
+ Monitor and respond to evolving retailer field requirements, coordinating updates with the syndication and engineering teams.
+ Work with regional counterparts to align on syndication practices and ways of working.
+ **Training & Enablement**
+ Collaborate with Product Marketing and Digital Experience Activation on maintain capability release notes, training materials and documentation to support brand teams in using the PIM system effectively.
+ Support onboarding and enablement sessions for new users and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
+ 3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or CPG.
+ Proven experience with PIM systems (e.g., inriver) and product data management and syndication workflows.
+ Strong understanding of data governance, taxonomy, and product content lifecycle.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with ERP solutions, Merchandising tools and APIs is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$102,000.00** **to $167,550.00.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
