Your main tasks and responsibilities:

+ Work closely and clearly communicate with the other departments, Machine personnel, Supervisor, and Lead

+ Capable of operating all machines in the shop (including large mills, lathes, stripping machine, peening machine, tool post grinders, and other equipment)

+ Planning –Work with Department Supervisor to develop a machine plan:

+ Determine what tools will be required prior to starting the machine process

To succeed in this role, you will need:

+ Must have manual machining experience

+ Experience working with turbo machinery is a plus

+ Must have the required tools to perform their expected tasks or ability to acquire.

+ Must be able to work overtime as needed

+ Must be able to use precision measuring instruments
