Description:

Our leading financial services client is looking to hirea skilled Data Engineerto help launch anew Machine Learning Data team. This individual will play a key role in shaping how our client serves data to power model development and deployment across their Data Science space.

_This role will require someone to work on site in Cincinnati, Ohio on a hybrid basis_

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $90-100 hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ We’re looking for someone with deep experience in modern data engineering — **_ideally with a strong command of SQL, Snowflake, and dbt_** . You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, curious about new ways to solve old problems, and energized by the opportunity to work cross-functionally with data scientists, product owners, and business teams.

+ A successful candidate will be self-directed, thoughtful, and collaborative — someone who’s just as comfortable designing a scalable architecture as they are jumping in to troubleshoot a failing job. **_Experience with machine learning pipelines, feature engineering, or feature stores is a huge plus_** . Experience in highly regulated industries like banking, finance, or healthcare is preferred.

+ This is a hands-on role with high visibility and high impact. We’re looking for someone who can inject fuel into this new team — bringing energy, expertise, and momentum to help us move fast and build with intention.

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
