The Department of Pathology of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine invites applications for a full time, tenure track faculty position leading the Division of Neoplastic Hematopathology.
The successful applicant will i nitiate and lead research, educational, and/or clinical activities in neoplastic hematopathology, clinical lab hematology including coagulation, or flow cytometry. An established record of scholarly accomplishment is expected. Preference will be given to candidates with an independently funded clinical, translational or basic research program, although it is not mandatory. Diagnostic Hematopathology activities will comprise a significant portion of the duties. There is an opportunity to take a leading role in the Department's ACGME Residency program and to mentor Hematopathology fellows.
Applicants must have an MD degree or MD/PhD degrees and be American Board of Pathology certified in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology and the Hematopathology subspecialty. The successful candidate must be eligible for a State of Maryland medical license.
Salary: $195,000 - $277,000

The listed salary range represents the minimum and maximum Johns Hopkins University offers for this position, based on a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, education, and internal equity. Not all candidates will qualify for the highest salary in the range.
