Job** **D** **escription:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, team management, and test automation. This role involves leading a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key** **R** **esponsibilities:
+ Develop and Implement Test Strategies: Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, load, and stress testing.
+ Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
+ Automation: Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
+ Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before release, including conducting thorough testing and validation.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with project goals.
+ Reporting: Define, track, and publish test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance, to the team and stakeholders.
+ Continuous Improvement: Innovate continuously to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
+ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the testing process and product quality.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
+ Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
+ Certifications: ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.
+ Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
+ Domain Knowledge: Experience in industries such as insurance, banking, healthcare, or financial services.
+ Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
+ Performance Testing: Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
+ Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
Education:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
