    P** **ay Range: $37.50-45 (plus shift premium if applicable)

     

    Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating Days (6AM-6PM)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Process Technician 4 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting, operating, and adjusting manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role requires a focus on safety, an understanding of quality, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work independently.

    Responsibilities:

    + Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses as well as maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects preformed.

    + Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.

    + Calibrate or adjust machinery or equipment to ensure quality production.

    + Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment.

    + Keep work area clean and organized.

    + Other items as directed by management.

    Level 4 Skills include:

    + Machining- Mill/Lathe fundamentals.

    + Failed heater band identification, OHM meter verification.

    + Rigging and overhead crane operation.

    + Machine selection by tool.

    + MRS development.

    + Tooling change recommendations.

    + Advanced robot programming.

    + Ability to train others.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

    + Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

    + Forklift, cranes and other industrial vehicles experience preferred.

    + 2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience preferred.

    + Must be able to use hand tools ranging from common hand and power tools to fabrication tools.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

    + Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
