    Epsilon SkillBridge Internship

     

    As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Epsilon is proud to participate in the DOD SkillBridge program assisting U.S. Service Members in their transition from active duty to a civilian career. Our Skillbridge program is designed to develop and enhance proficiencies on a broad level by offering skills-based training and experience in a civilian environment.

     

    Who is Eligible?

     

    Active-Duty United States Military Service Members and select groups of the National Guard and the Reserves who are approved by their command to participate the DOD SkillBridge program within 180-days of their End of Service (EOS) date.

     

    What Locations are Available?

     

    Epsilon's SkillBridge program is 100% remote and will allow service members to get real world experience using cloud-based collaboration tools. This means you can participate from anywhere inside the continental United States.

     

    What are our Internship Initiatives?

    Our SkillBridge internships are not tied to specific positions or job titles, but rather areas of competency within the below fields:

    + Infrastructure/Cloud Support

    + Systems Support

    + Network Support

    + Security Information Assurance

    + Security Operations

    + IT Quality Assurance

    + IT Project Management

    + Technical Writing/Proposal Development

    + Service Operations (Knowledge & Problem Management)

    + Interview Preparation - we will help you prepare for job interviews by coaching you on how to craft meaningful responses to questions during an interview.

    Remote Training Format and Compliance with Skillbridge Guidelines:

    Epsilon ensures that your employment skills training through the SkillBridge program is not offered solely as virtual asynchronous training. As part of your internship, you will participate in virtual synchronous training via live, person-led sessions using MS Teams meetings, along with daily sync meetings with your SkillBridge sponsor. This structure ensures that asynchronous training, if any, will comprise less than 50% of the total training length, as required. Our hybrid training approach aims to provide a balanced, engaging learning experience that aligns with MOU guidelines and maximizes your skill development opportunities.

     

    Am I qualified?

    To qualify for our program, you must:

    + Be a U.S. Service Member

    + Be located in the continental United States

    + Be eligible to participate in Skillbridge between 90 -180 days

    + Have at least one or more of the below interests, training, education or recent experience:

    + Either pursuing and near completion or hold a degree in a field related to the above mentioned areas of competency

    + Holds Certification(s) relating to the above areas of competency

    + Has hands on experience in a related role during military service.

    + Has completed or is pursuing training in one or more of the above areas of competency (not related to a college degree)

    + Is a hobbyist one or more in the above areas of competency but has not had the opportunity to put knowledge/skills into practice in a work environment.

     

    What Is the Application and Selection Process for Epsilon’s SkillBridge Program?

     

    1. Submit Your Application:

    2. To apply for our SkillBridge program, please respond to this posting.

    3. Preferred: Upload your resume with your application. In the application window, indicate which of the listed skill areas you are most interested in pursuing.

    4. If you do not have a resume: Please include your full name, phone number, and email address (required). In the application window, please also briefly describe your military experience.

    5. Complete a Questionnaire:

    6. During the application process, you will complete a brief questionnaire to help us determine if you meet our preliminary qualifications.

    7. Application Review and Next Steps:

    8. If you meet our initial criteria and we have availability in your area of interest, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Epsilon Sponsor team.

    9. Following the interview, we’ll decide whether to extend an Internship Agreement based on mutual interest.

    10. If we are not able to host you due to limited availability or other factors, we will notify you by email.
