    DESCRIPTION:Seeking highly qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position as an elementary school library media specialist. The successful candidatewill demonstrate strong knowledge of digital literacy, integration of technology in the classroom, and early childhood literacy. The LMS will act as theschool’s technology integration coach, taking a lead role in advancing the use of instructional technology, and providing resources, online applications,and teaching strategies. As such, the ability to work with the building team, district technology coaches and teaching assistants is essential. The LMSalso will co-supervise the school library and support school-wide literacy and research.SALARY:Highly competitive based on experience and graduate credits, per Rush-Henrietta Central School District Teachers’ Contract.QUALIFICATIONS:New York State Teaching Certification as a Library Media Specialist is required. Interest/skills in supporting instructional technology are preferred.
