    We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team, as an Outbound Associate (Loader) at our Glenwillow, OH location.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Continuously hand stack containers weighing up to 50 pounds inside multiple trailers

    + Utilizing an RF device to scan all containers prior to loading in trailer

    + Stack containers onto a pallet and utilize a pallet jack to load onto a trailer

    + Assist packing wine club orders

    + Keep work area clean and organized

    + Other duties as assigned

    Who you are:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in warehouse setting

    + Comfortable with lifting 50 pounds consistently during the work shift

    + Ability to stand long periods of time

    + Must be flexible to work overtime as needed (including evenings and weekends as necessary)

    + Basic math skills

    + Attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and multitask

    + Ability to work in a team environment
