Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the Safety team, helping coordinate daily operations and department priorities
+ Schedule meetings, trainings, and team events, including room bookings, attendee communication, and catering
+ Arrange travel for department staff, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and detailed itineraries
+ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office tools
+ Maintain organized records and department files for easy access and reference
+ Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
+ Help with invoice processing, time entry, and other routine administrative tasks
+ Serves in an “as needed” capacity as back-up to other departments
+ Helps in the preparation of reports, invoice processing and/or weekly time entry
+ _This position is based in the jobsite trailer, working closely with both field and office personnel_
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or certification a plus
+ Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Strong word processing and Excel skills; ability to prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts, and presentation materials
+ An aptitude for learning new software applications
+ Effective time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Professional demeanor
