    Job Description Summary

    The Facilities Engineer - Electrical will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    In addition, the Facilities Engineer - Electrical will

    + Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean

    + Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

    + Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB levels

    + Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done

    + Deliver products as part of a team

    + Work on cross functional teams

    + Alternatively: Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management

    Desired Characteristics:

    + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

    + Ability to influence others and lead small teams

    + Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

    + Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

    + Effective problem identification and solution skills

    + Experience specifying, installing, testing and operating electrical equipment

    + Voltage levels for equipment vary from 138KV, 480 V and 280/120V

    + Supporting maintenance teams

    + Lighting controls

    + Power monitoring and metering equipment

    + Arc Flash studies and power protection schemes

    + Directing and organizing groups of electricians

    + Experience with NFPA 70, 70 B and 70E
