    GENERAL SUMMARY

    Assist in the development, day to day maintenance, and accurate revisions of integrated media plans (typically digital-heavy) for Cathay Pacific and Metabo HPT. This requires strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail/accuracy due to depth and breadth of client’s media commitments. The person in this role must effectively communicate the status of projects to Media Supervisor (MS).

    Clients:

    + **Cathay Pacific** is a 75+ year prestigious airline based in Hong Kong; they are a global client within Publicis, with full-service (media + creative) for North America housed at Team One

    + **Metabo HPT** (of parent company Koki Holdings America Ltd) focuses on power tools for residential construction (pneumatic nailers, compressors, collated nails, cordless nailers and cordless power tools etc.) and are distributed via Lowe’s, Amazon, Menards & independent channel (IC) retailers all over North America.

    **Skills/Abilities** :

     

    Must have strong organizational skills and possess an aptitude for accuracy and details. Computer literacy is mandatory (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to multi-task projects and prioritize urgent projects to meet deadlines (internal and client deadlines). Requires strong communication skills to work effectively with MP and department counterparts. Must be a self-starter, possess a positive attitude, and contribute toward building a cohesive team.

    Day to Day:

    Pre-Planning & Planning Process:

    + Assist in the digital media pre-planning & planning process

    + Gather and analyze research and 3rd party data such as: syndicated research (ex. – Comscore, eMarketer, etc), and digital trends for RFP list development

    + Assist in development of digital site recommendations and ideas for both clients

    + Serve as day to day point of contact with media supervisor regarding responsibilities such as negotiations, make goods, savings analysis, and contract reviews for the sales rep community

    + Create POV analysis and recommendations upon client and agency request

    + Meetings with vendors

    Implementation & Execution:

    + Issue and revise media authorizations to the clients

    + Weekly/Bi-weekly highlights and allocations

    + Review, issue and manage campaign insertion orders with digital publishers

    + Input campaign billing in management system

    + Implement campaigns into third-party ad-server via DCM and ad verification via DoubleVerify

    + Live site check on campaign launch days and throughout the flight

    + Work with and provide necessary documents to Account/Traffic/Production for implementation of schedules

    + Pull screenshots for all media placements for proof of performance for the client

    + Assist with providing production team specification information and following up with questions

    Tracking/Analysis:

    + Own campaign reporting for the client and within the agency

    + Data pulls from 3rd Party ad-server for performance and optimization reporting

    + Interpret 3rd party data and studies

    + Develop integrated performance analysis throughout and recap each campaign

    Maintenance:

    + Issue monthly client documents and maintenance reporting to clients and within the agency

    + Assist in digital budget reconciliation for monthly issue of Ad Plan/client billing

    + Review billing estimates and insertion orders monthly for accurate administration

    + Maintain flowcharts and billing records for monthly distribution to client

    + Resolve billing discrepancies with publishers and Resources department

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Generate ideas to support an “Ideas Culture” agency (e.g. internal idea for the agency or department, media idea that meets a client objective)

    + Participate in training and educational courses as needed

    Compensation Range: $39,710 - $52,605 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
