We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Cafeteria Skipper to lead food preparation and ensure efficient kitchen operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and helping deliver a positive dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and cook meals in accordance with company standards and daily menus

    + Ensure food is properly prepared, portioned, and presented

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    + Monitor food inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed

    + Support overall cafeteria operations and assist team members when necessary

    + Maintain efficiency and quality during meal service times

    Requirements:

    + Ability to lift 35 lbs or more on a regular basis

    + Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move frequently throughout shifts

    + Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

    + Must consent to a background check and drug screen

    + Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
