About the Role: The Regional Maintenance Manager works closely with location and region management teams to provide maintenance status and budget updates. The position also involves ensuring a safe environment exists and that all maintenance activities comply with State, Federal, and Company requirements.

Salary Range: $121,000-$151,000 Annually

Responsibilities:

+ Monitors, evaluates, and takes corrective action for improved performance of maintenance operations within region.

+ Examines and evaluates current operations to develop action plans and strategies to maximize operational efficiencies.

+ Fills in as Maintenance Manager when vacancies occur, and assist General Managers with hiring new Maintenance Managers.

+ Trains and oversees new and current Maintenance Manager in company requirements.

+ Reviews KPI, WAR, FMS, and Financial reports to identify problem/ challenge areas.

+ Participates in start-ups and shutdowns as necessary.

+ Assists with compliance regarding all environmental programs.

+ Conducts annual vehicle audits for all locations in region.

+ Monitors competition of maintenance related deficiencies reported on corporate audits.

+ Provides feedback to General managers and Region Staff as to the performance of maintenance managers in region

+ Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Maintenance or RVP.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

+ Advance technical training.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

+ Five years proven experience in passenger transportation or comparable service industry maintenance management.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of various performance indicators including KPI, WAR, DataStream and financial statements.

+ Independent thinking skills with high levels of prioritization skills.

+ Excellent leadership, customer relations, and interpersonal skills to communicate and cooperate with clients and other department.

+ Knowledge of HR systems and tools.

+ Committed to a Safety Lifestyle.

+ Valid driver’s license.
