    Leidos is seeking a **Staffing and Resource Manager** onsite to join our SCITES 2 team in Doral, FL.

     

    The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently is looking for a Staffing and Resource Manager to work onsite in Doral, Florida and have the opportunity to work in a high-profile IT and Cyber Services program supporting the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) 2 contract. Our customer maintains a highly demanding mission and requires our support to provide expert technical and professional management support to the commands enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. The Staffing and Resource Manager will provide direct support to the Program Manager and PMO and play a critical role in the successful execution of the program.

     

    **Primary Responsibilities** :

    + Plan, organize, manage and coordinate staffing efforts with TA, subcontracts, finance, security and the PMO.

    + Establish internal program staffing processes within program cost and schedule based on requirements.

    + Manage, track, monitor, analyze and provide suggestions on internal large staffing roster across multiple tasks and projects, managing vacancies, provide staffing metrics.

    + Identify and vet qualified candidates, provide salary and rate approvals.

    + Ensure the contract maintains staffing levels across all labor categories and at all locations.

    + Oversight of internal program staffing database.

    + Produce weekly staffing metric reports to TA, Division, PMO and customer.

    + Continual coordination with all support elements (both internal and external of Leidos and the program) that contribute to the effective staffing of program and mission execution.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelors with 5-8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 3-6+ years of prior relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    + 6+ years of previous experience with project/program management.

    + At least 2 years of previous staffing and resource manager experience.

    + 2+ years experience supervising or leading teams or project.

    + Experience with Leidos internal program staffing database.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Ability to interface with task and functional leaders, subcontractors and support personnel.

    + Ability to communicate effectively (both in written and oral platforms) with program managers, subcontractors, recruiters, security, HR, and financial personnel.

    + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

    + Problem-solving mentality and ability to bring process improvements and innovations to the program.

    + Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior DoD experience

    + Knowledge of technical IT workforce requirements and skills

    + Knowledge of Leidos HR process

    + Experience managing medium to large teams or programs

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
