    Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

    $19-$20 per hour

     

    Training on day shift 6am-2pm for 4 weeks, then you will go to 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm M-F

    What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:

     

    • Setting up and operating CNC and conventional machines, including tooling changes and programming CNC controls.

    • Performing preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

    • Working on complex parts to close tolerances with minimal supervision, while selecting appropriate feeds, speeds, and tooling.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have a High School Diploma or GED and possess knowledge of general Health and Safety procedures.

    • Bring good communication skills and are mechanically inclined with strong mathematical abilities.

    • Preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with machine operation experience or technical school certification.
