    The Sales/Marketing Contact Center Supervisor, Call Transfer, is accountable for all aspects of leading a team of sales/marketing contact center agents. They are responsible for maintaining sales integrity, driving production, and ensuring team development and coaching where necessary.

    How You'll Shine:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervise all aspects of sales staff to ensure the sales processes are being followed. Provide coaching, feedback and direction to sales/marketing executives regarding all aspects of sales process. (50%)

    • Document coaching sessions and sales statistics for performance and performance management processes, including listening to calls to provide coaching opportunities and supporting their team. (30%)

    • Lead all aspects of associate life cycle including hiring, motivating and terminating, where necessary, to enforce department performance standards, sales processes and integrity controls. (15%)

    • Participate in meetings with necessary partners and leadership to drive culture of the contact center for associates (5%)

    Work Schedule:

    + Weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) follow a later schedule, ending around 11:00 PM

    + Weekend coverage until 8:00 PM (not necessarily both days)

    + Hybrid work option

    + Emphasis on work-life balance

    + Only candidates from the Orlando, FL area (or within 50 miles) will be considered at this time

     

    What You'll Bring

    Education

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Knowledge and skills

    • Leadership Knowledge

    • Sales skills – understand and drive sales environment. Positively manage culture of production on a daily basis.

    • Contact center experience or sales environment experience required.

    Technical Skills

    • Microsoft Office products

    Job experience

    • Three (3) years’ experience in contact center environment

    • One (1) year experience with sales or product marketing

     

    Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
