CROSSMARK is hiring a **Lead Merchandiser** to support our grocery client. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on merchandising experience. You’ll be responsible for training and supporting Field Representatives while ensuring high-quality execution in stores.

Key Requirements:

+ **Age:** Must be 18 years or older.

+ **Experience:**

+ Prior **supervisory or management** experience is **required** .

+ Must have experience with **grocery resets** and reading **plan-o-grams** .

+ **Mobility:**

+ Must have **reliable transportation** and be able to travel up to **60 miles** .

+ Must be able to **lift 25 lbs regularly** and up to **60 lbs occasionally** .

+ **Technology:**

+ Must own a **mobile device** with internet access.

Responsibilities:

+ Execute product resets, new item cut-ins, shelf stocking, cleaning, remodels, and new store openings.

+ Train and mentor new and existing Retail Field Representatives.

+ Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
