    MORE ABOUT THE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - SLP:

    CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Speech Language Pathologist opportunity include, but are not limited to:

     

    * Provides Speech Therapy services to students under the appropriate guidelines established by each student's IEP.

    * As requested by the school district, conducts screening of students in accordance with the policies of the state to determine need for intervention/treatment.

    * Evaluates students to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to student, family, special education team, and other team members.

    * Establishes student schedules in conjunction with other team members.

    * Develops treatment plans by identifying a needs list, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - SLP:

    * Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    * Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year

    * Current state licensure or license eligible

    * ESA Certificate with OSPI

    * School experience preferred
