    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a front-end loader to feed the plant and load trucks safely and efficiently

    + Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

    + Monitor material quality and communicate with team members to ensure production goals

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

    + Assist with other quarry operations as needed

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    + Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

    + Must be able to work in uneven terrain and confined spaces

    + Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and other typical quarry conditions

    + Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
