What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead troubleshooting and advanced repairs of mechanical systems and equipment

+ Perform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability

+ Fabricate or modify components to meet operational specifications

+ Collaborate with plant leadership on maintenance planning and improvements

+ Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspections

What Are We Looking For

+ Advanced mechanical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

+ Thorough understanding of industrial safety procedures and best practices

+ Resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic operational environments

+ Proven ability to interpret technical diagrams and maintenance documentation

+ Strong team player with initiative and effective communication

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
