What You'll Be Doing
+ Develop and manage business cases, budgets, and timelines for autonomous deployments. Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement the autonomous mining strategy.
+ Lead Autonomous Mining Project Plan across multiple sites to ensure business case is achieved. Manage technical teams across multiple locations to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of project plans.
+ Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and extend the project pipeline beyond the current plan.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment throughout project phases. Act as a strategic liaison between stakeholders and project teams, translating business needs into actionable plans.
+ Apply strong leadership in planning, coaching, and conflict resolution across technical projects.
What Are We Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant trade qualifications.
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in mining operations, heavy mobile equipment (HME), and project management methodologies.
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and openness to change in dynamic environments.
+ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Willingness to travel across North America and international locations.
Work Environment
This role involves a combination of office and field work, including travel to mining sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic, outdoor environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
