Job Description

Working with Local Contacts (LCON) , Network team and 3rd party vendors to coordinate new SD WAN deployments

Scheduling test calls and cutovers with the business, line up proper people to call team into action, confirm all agreements are in place.

This position is $50-$75/hr dependent upon years of relevent experience.

Skills and Requirements

15 + years of relevant network hands-on experience.

8+ years working in a mission-critical environment.

Subject matter expertise with Meraki and Fortinet equipment

Subject matter expertise with Fortinet features; ADVPN, FMG, FAZ and FortiNAC.

Subject matter expertise with Zscaler and ZDX monitoring

Management and Support of dynamic routing (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) to optimize network communication.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the enterprise network.

Experience with Network Hypervisor, VXLAN, SD-WAN and SD-LAN concepts.

Experience in Monitoring tools such as ScienceLogic and DEX.

Experience with Starlink/Satellite technology for High Availability and Scalability

Network Hypervisor, VXLAN, SD-WAN and SD-LAN concepts.

Solid experience in Network Managed Services and Network Cloud (Azure)

Collaborate with teams to deploy and manage virtualized network resources.

Demonstrated experience leading technical restoration in a high-pressure environment. Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation/Expert, SDN/Network Virtualization, Zero Trust/Zscaler and other industry certifications preferred

Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) process development and ServiceNow platform.

Network Wireless and Ekahau experience is considered a plus. null
