    Job Summary and Qualifications

    As a member of CereCore leadership, the Manager of EHR Talent Delivery will be responsible for continuing to build a successful MEDITECH staffing practice that includes client relations, position intake, position management, strategic sourcing, position approval tracking, employee and contractor resource utilization management, and status reporting for leadership. This position is an internal and external client-facing role responsible for communication to hiring managers within the industry and CereCore key clients. This role requires strategic execution to oversee the development, deployment, and direction of multifaceted processes and talent placement strategies.

     

    Additional key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with key CereCore and HCA business leaders. This role will manage resource allocations, maintain and develop new approaches to resourcing models and participate in communication and marketing opportunities critical to driving profitability and growing the business.

     

    Key skill sets for this role include ability to create, build, and strengthen solid client relationships, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, improve CereCore EHR talent delivery operational processes, and the continuous development of our EHR talent delivery practice. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a healthy work environment, set direction and collaborate with a high-performance team of leaders will be crucial to success.

     

    **Talent Delivery & Client Relations (75%)** :

    + Strong, collaborative partnership with CereCore MEDITECH Professional Services Managers, Directors, and AVPs, and Recruitment Services Team.

    + Optimize and manage day to day operations of the department including the principle of cultivating talent delivery strategies and competencies to achieve required results for internal and external client needs

    + Research, analyze, and present business requests, recruitment, and placement metrics to senior leadership

    + Conduct meetings with key managers and directors to identify resource needs, initiatives and forecasts

    + Manage intake discussions and position request activity including the assignment of requisitions to fill new or vacant positions, balancing workload efficiently among employees as a priority, active contractors, and recruitment services

    + Manage activity within the master service provider tool and candidate applicant tracking systems

    + Continuously assess and seek to improve client satisfaction levels and retention

    + Support team with the management of all partner relations between the master services provider, external staffing agencies, hiring managers and human resources

    Administrative/Staff Development (25%)

    + Adhere to Code of Conduct

    + Provide leadership and continuous improvement of people

    + Provide appropriate communication to ensure the EHR Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Services Team is fully knowledgeable and abreast on all processes and recruiting/sourcing methodologies

    + Personal Leadership Development and succession planning

    + Staffing Meetings and Resource Utilization Meetings

    + Protect and Grow client base by actively engaging and managing clients

    What qualifications you will need:

    + College graduate

    + Three or more years related work experience

    Other/Special Qualifications

    + Knowledge of EHR application and technical skill sets

    + Previous client relations and/or services experience preferred

    + Previous account management experience preferred

    + Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Experience using candidate applicant tracking systems preferred

    + Proven track record of execution and results
