    The WW Selling Partner Service Central FP&A team has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager that will lead the planning and forecasting cycles across the WW Selling Partner Services portfolio and drive innovation as we look to elevate these functions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive and influence positive change across the growing and evolving Selling Partner Services business.

     

    Good communication skills are key. You are a good writer that is effective at communicating with a broad audience. You enjoy writing insightful narratives that inform senior leadership of what's happening in the business.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Supporting the WW Selling Partner Services organization (Customer Trust, Selling Partner Experience, Fulfillment by Amazon, and Bad Debt)

     

    - Owning Planning processes for the largest portion of Amazon Stores business

     

    - Delivering accurate forecast for Marketplace Payables as part of Amazon's overall Free Cash Flow plan.

     

    - Simplifying and automating processes and reports within the WW Selling Partner Services organization

     

    - Partnering with key stakeholders to facilitate achieving goals established by leadership

     

    - Delivering key insights as a highly trusted resource for information about our financial data, processes, and the business operations we support

    About the team

    The Central FP&A team for SPS acts as the hub for financial reporting and driving insights for leaders. We act as the go to source for centralized reporting, work between various regional team across the globe, and partner with the most senior leaders in the SPS and broader stores Org. We are always seeking to ask ourselves how to get better everyday and are open to all ideas in our drive to become best in class.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

    - BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    - MBA, or CPA

     

    - Knowledge of SQL/ETL

     

    - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience

     

    - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience

     

    - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

     

    - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
