    Your Role

     

    As our Client Concierge, you’ll be the primary guide for our clients — from their first hello through every stage of their journey with us. You’ll make sure they feel supported, understood, and completely taken care of.

     

    This is a uniquely blended role: it’s highly client-facing, focused on building trust and strong relationships, but it’s also heavy on operational execution, managing all the backend details that make a great client experience possible.

    How You’ll Contribute

     

    Client Journey & Relationship Management

     

    + Guide clients through onboarding, major projects, and offboarding so they always know what to expect.

    + Build long-term trust through proactive check-ins and thoughtful communication.

    + Help lead annual service and pricing conversations with clarity and care.

    + Always know where each client sits in their journey, so no one ever feels overlooked.

     

    Operational & Administrative Execution

     

    + Maintain spotless, up-to-date client records in Karbon so the team can do their best work. (We use Karbon, a powerful client relationship and workflow management platform built for accounting firms, to keep work organized, teams aligned, and client communications seamless.)

    + Set up customers in QuickBooks Online so accounting projects start without delay.

    + Keep track of timelines and internal workflows so deliverables stay on schedule.

    + Spot ways to improve how we work and help make those ideas a reality.

     

    Back-End Support That Powers Great Service

     

    + Partner closely with our admin team on any essential daily tasks or concurrent projects.

    + Deeply understand our invoicing process and pricing structure, so you can act as the bridge between our team and clients — confidently handling pricing conversations, answering questions, and offering thoughtful solutions.

    + Log all communications and keep systems current so everyone’s always in the loop.

     

    Team Interaction & Ownership

     

    + Serve as the central bridge between our team and the client, keeping communication flowing both ways so no one’s ever in the dark.

    + Make sure internal tasks move forward on schedule so our Accounting Specialists and Advisors can focus on delivering high-level work.

    + Spot bottlenecks early — whether it’s missing info, a slow handoff, or something unclear — and take the lead on getting it resolved.

    + Not just fix issues for today, but find solutions that keep the same problems from popping up again.

    + Keep everyone aligned by documenting updates and decisions clearly, so the next person in the process always knows exactly what’s going on.

    + Jump in and execute tasks yourself when needed to keep momentum — you’re not just pointing out what needs to happen, you’re making it happen.

     

    Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

     

    + Use our structured approach to tackle challenges with a solution-first mindset, even when things get busy or unexpected issues pop up.

    + Stay calm and clear-headed — you don’t get rattled easily, which helps the team and clients stay confident too.

    + Client check-ins are handled proactively and thoughtfully.

    + You spot small issues and resolve them before they become big problems.

    + You take initiative to keep things moving, spot bottlenecks and patterns, and work to solve them — not just for today, but to make the process stronger for the future.

     

    The Compensation & Benefits

     

    + Competitive salary, based on your experience and ownership mindset.

    + Performance bonuses tied to the impact you make (eligible immediately).

    + Health benefits with a 50% employer contribution for employee-only coverage (eligible after 90 days).
