We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in Reno, Nevada.

    As a Senior Water/Wastewater in our Reno office, we'll expect you to:

    • Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships. Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients within the Reno and surrounding markets.

    • Work directly with clients on the projects and tasks that you are leading, developing long-term client relationships.

    • Be a problem solver and single point of contact for our clients, serving as the trusted partner that will delivery quality projects.

    • Good understanding of conventional and advanced processes within the water and wastewater market so that you fundamentally understand the goals of the projects and how to find creative solutions.

    • Have familiarity with process modeling, hydraulic modeling, and interdisciplinary design.

    • Ability to coordinate with and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects, including preliminary engineering studies, detailed design, and process optimization.

    • Collaborate with our regional and global technologists to integrate our cutting-edge research, optimization, and design projects.

    • Assist with team building and mentoring of younger engineers.

    • Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related engineering field

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and optimization of water resource recovery facilities and related construction activities.

    • Licensed Processional Engineer (PE)

    Ideally, You'll Also Have:

    • Masters degree or PhD in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or other related engineering discipline

    • 12+ years of experience in the evaluation, design, and optimization of water resource recovery facilities and related construction activities.
