Salary: $31,800 at 53%
Brief Description of Duties: Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Scholarship Coordinator implements the award process for ESF College Foundation restricted scholarships, supports the dissemination of scholarship-related communication, and provides timely reporting of recipient information for donor stewardship activities.
The Scholarship Coordinator will identify eligible recipients that meet award criteria, communicate award criteria and budgets to academic departments and other fund administrators, and ensure all scholarship funds are fully disbursed in accordance with existing policies, procedures, and deadlines.
This position works collaboratively with team members to streamline workflow and contributes to the development of processes and communication necessary for the successful and efficient awarding of new scholarships.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and proficient computer skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform work in a confidential, ethical, and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancementts.
