Description

We’re seeking a well-rounded, project-focused Information Cybersecurity Analyst to support our clients IT and cybersecurity initiatives. This role will work behind the scenes to help implement secure configurations, develop clear internal documentation, and support technology integrations. This is not an end-user support role. Instead, it’s ideal for someone who’s a technical “doer” — comfortable writing security policies, configuring systems, and collaborating with HR and IT to ensure technology changes align with compliance, security controls, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity & Systems Configuration

+ Draft, maintain, and update IT security and AI usage policies

+ Implement and document network and system configurations aligned with cybersecurity controls

+ Help identify gaps and support remediation efforts around cyber hygiene and compliance

+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders on new security tools, platforms, and configurations

Documentation & Policy Writing

+ Own technical documentation for security and system configuration processes

+ Collaborate with HR and compliance to ensure security policy rollouts are clear and effective

+ Create user-ready launch materials for system changes, though end-user training is not a primary focus

Learning & Development Support

+ Build and launch an internal LMS module (e.g., security training) is there goal. This person does not need to build/create the modules but spearhead in finding the right modules to bring in house.

+ Does not need to reinvent the wheel.

+ Help implement and document coursework in collaboration with HR or training leads

Project Ownership

+ Act as point of contact for the clients acquired company's POS integration (treated as a standalone initiative)

+ Manage technical coordination and execution of new technology initiatives

+ Ensure smooth handoff and clear documentation for broader IT and business use

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience in IT systems, cybersecurity, or technical documentation

+ Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, system configuration, and controls

+ Experience with LMS development or IT training programs

+ Comfortable acting as a bridge between IT, HR, and other business units

+ Polished, professional, and project-oriented

+ CISSP – nice to have
