Description
We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role requires expertise in managing enterprise systems across various platforms, including Windows, Linux, and cloud environments, with a focus on automation and identity management. Ideal candidates will have a background in structured and regulated environments and a strong commitment to ensuring system security and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain enterprise systems across Windows, Linux, and cloud-based platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage Active Directory configurations, including Group Policy and identity management solutions.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Implement and support multi-factor authentication tools such as Duo and Okta.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign-On integrations, with a focus on Okta solutions.
• Monitor system health using advanced application and system monitoring tools.
• Enforce security policies, including patch management and access control, to maintain compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and projects effectively.
• Create and update documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within structured, regulated environments such as military, federal, or financial sectors.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and identity/access management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Duo, including configuration and deployment.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools to track performance and availability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address system issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on documentation.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Okta are preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
