Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to departments including sales, marketing, property management, and accounting

+ Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth

+ Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team members

+ Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages

+ Assist with document preparation, reporting, and presentations

+ Keep the front office tidy, organized, and inviting

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a corporate office.
